ERMA to survey customer satisfaction

If you’ve recently had dealings with ERMA New Zealand, we’d like to find out what you thought of the experience.

We are embarking on an electronic customer satisfaction survey, conducted by independent research company TNSConversa.

TNSConversa will contact a sample of people with an invitation to evaluate ERMA New Zealand and provide feedback to us on things we’re doing well, or things we could improve. All responses will be aggregated and treated confidentially.

We’ll report back on the survey later this year through our website and The Bulletin newsletter.
